Happy to add tyre rack and put new brake controller unit on for the right price. Bear in mind, replacement brake controller unit unit is around $4100 but I can get a replacement deal. Unit will have in cab controller. Alternatively this is something buyer can sort themselves.
Brakes should work but I suspect possible wiring issue or the unit is that old that it’s given up
